What plant is that?

The mystery plant for November is a shrub with opposite, entire leaves and 4-petalled white flowers. The flowers have very long styles. This shrub grows up to 10 feet tall and blooms from July through August. It can be found in wet soil, and along edges of ponds and swamps.
